## Daily schedule An important part of life is having a predictable eat-sleep-repeat routine 365 (or 366) days a year. Here's a template that I follow:
  • 06:45 🌅 Wake up
  • 07:00 🍽️ Breakfast
  • 10:00 ☕ Morning snack
  • 13:00 🍽️ Lunch
  • 16:00 ☕ Afternoon snack
  • 19:00 🍽️ Dinner
  • 22:00 ☕ Bedtime snack
  • 23:00 💤 Sleep
